Enjoy this simplicity!

Imagine that these rules are mandatory for everyone around the World and from now on no one can violate your rights without consequences. The hardest thing about GDPR is to believe how simple it is. Let's be Fair, Trustworthy, Accountable in your decisions, and almost that’s all you have to obey.

Understanding Data Protection is highly important both for European citizens and for those who process their personal data. GDPR regulates fundamental rights in detail and embodies the whole European legislation system. By understanding this law, anyone can learn what the responsibilities of a decision maker (Data Controller) are, what the responsibilities of those who carry out activities with others (Processor) are. Even it becomes clear that one is already responsible if he gets information about others (Recipient). The representation of these concepts in GDPR is important because, so far, under fragmented national legislation, Data Controllers outside the European Union have practically abused the EU citizens and considered the information obtained from them to be their own property. To end our vulnerability and subjugation it was needed to make clear for all - from ordinary people to large businesses of the European community - , that the ownership of Personal Data belongs to people. Only they can make decisions about their own Personal Data, and it cannot be otherwise in an age when this information is worth more than people’s material wealth. With our solution, we can provide useful information to small entities and individuals.

How to adopt our solution?

First of all you have to know that our system is not suitable to replace the DPIAs, or to cover the complicated data processing services. It’s a guide for the SMEs who want to work easily and legally.

The adaptation is very simple consists of three steps:

The translation of the PDF documents is easy to do, as all these documents are written in colloquial style, avoiding legal terms. However, even if we could drop out most of country-specific law, there are several legal terms, which can change the scope of the „what to do” list. For example, in Hungary all the tasks linked to data governance are covered by GDPR and not only the automatised ones. That's why you have to double check the sample library, as probably you can have some special rules you have to comply with in your country. And well, of course you have to replace a part of our book with your history of the Data protection, as your fellow citizens should understand that GDPR is not something which came out of the sky without any warning, but something they should know about for about 2 decades. The second step is to fully translate our QnA wizard to the local language, including the help texts. It is also needed to check complience with local law.

The third step is to connect our systems, or to create a new frontend based on your needs.

We can do almost all this for you, except the law localisation, or we can help you proceed on your own.

Hopefully we have awakened your interest and are looking for further contact.
